Welcome to advanced Tactical Casualty Care

Learn to provide emergency medical care to the wounded and dying after eliminating a
threat! All medical course work has been reviewed and approved by the medical director of
Midwest Emergency Academy and holds medical CE hours for successful course
completion.

Stop the Killing, THEN Stop the Dying!

During this three-day immersive course, officers will become certified in a complete
Advanced Tactical Casualty Care (ATCC) Program. The skills covered include addressing
injuries in the following areas (BATH):
    1. Breathing
    2. Airway
    3. Tension Pneumothorax
    4. Hypothermia
Each officer will receive complete instruction on using the following during a medical
emergency:
    • Hyfin chest seals
    • Gauze/Wound Packing
    • Emergency Trauma Dressing (ETD)
    • Tourniquets
    • Quik Clot Hemorrhage Control
    • Nasopharyngeal airway
    • Needle Decompression
    • SPO2 monitor
    • Mylar blankets
    • IFAK Med Kit
    • Poleless litter
    • Poled litter
The course will include numerous scenarios, and the student will apply all skills under
stress after eliminating a threat and creating a Warm Zone (Tactical Field Care) to transition
to a Cold Zone (Casualty Evacuation Area w/ Medical Personnel).

Instructor information

Muhammad-Adel Naseer
Program Director Naseer is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with over 15
years of combined military and police service. A 9-year U.S. Marine Corps Infantry veteran,
Adel completed three deployments in support of Operation New Dawn and Operation
Inherent Resolve, where he trained foreign military partners in weapons and tactics.
Transitioning to law enforcement, Adel has served six years in the Kansas City metro area
as a SWAT team operator and drone operator. A certified firearms, patrol rifle, TASER,
EVOC, and Advanced TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) instructor, Adel also holds
armorer certifications for Glock and Smith & Wesson.
As the Program Director for the police training division, Adel specializes in tactical training,
crisis management, and advanced law enforcement techniques, focusing on practical,
real-world skills to prepare officers for the challenges they face in the field.
